Request FAYA Staff account deletion

1. Submit a request

In the app: Profile → Delete account → Confirm. Alternatively, use “Request deletion through support” below to send a request to FAYA support on WhatsApp.

Provide the account email or username and, if possible, organization name. Do not send passwords or login codes. We verify ownership before execution and may request only information necessary for verification.

2. What is deleted or disabled?

On execution, access stops and sessions and notification tokens are revoked. Enrolled facial templates and account notifications are deleted. Profile identifiers, including name, email, photo and bio, are removed or replaced with non-identifying values.

3. What may remain?

Shared work records, including tasks, communications, attachments, hours, attendance and requests, may remain with the organization for work history, participant rights, financial/security records or legal obligations. Submitted content may contain personal information. Request deletion of specific items or clarification of the reason and period of retention through support.

There is no single retention period for every organization record. Support and your organization can explain the period for the relevant data type. Local device content is not remotely deleted: remove notes and drafts or clear app data if you want to erase them.

4. Ownership and processing

Sole organization owners must transfer ownership first so other members retain organization management. Requests are reviewed for ownership verification and associated records. Sending a support message does not immediately delete the account.

Use the same support channel for request status or deletion of specific personal information without closing the entire account.
